1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (14 Days – Non-Custom Items Only)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.

2. 30-Day Returns Policy (Goodwill – Non-Custom Items)
In addition to your legal cancellation rights, we offer a 30-day return period for non-custom items from the date of delivery.

3. Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Items
Some of our products are made specifically to order using a print-on-demand fulfilment partner.
Because these items are custom-made, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
